This value is only applicable to targeted sessions and not to LDP interfaces.

What is vRtrLdpGenTargHelloTimeout?

Sets the hold time in seconds for LDP targeted hello messages, which is the interval after which a targeted neighbor is declared down if no Hello is received. This value is advertised to peers in Hello messages.
