What Is ADTRAN-IF-PERF-HISTORY-MIB?

ADTRAN-IF-PERF-HISTORY-MIB is an ADTRAN vendor MIB providing high-capacity interface performance history statistics for AOS (ADTRAN Operating System) products, built on the HC-PerfHist-TC-MIB textual conventions. Its adIfPhCurTable (indexed by ifIndex) holds current-interval counters for both a rolling 15-minute window and a 1-day window — adIfPhCurInOctets15Min/1Day, InUcastPkts, InMcastPkts, InBcastPkts, InDiscards, InErrors, InUnknownProtos, and the corresponding Out* counters — alongside adIfPhCurTimeElapsed and ValidIntervals/InvalidIntervals objects tracking how much of each window has actually elapsed. It exposes granular per-interface traffic and error counters bucketed into standard reporting windows, exactly the data needed to build SLA compliance reports and detect intermittent interface problems that simple cumulative counters would mask. It depends on IF-MIB for ifIndex and on HC-PerfHist-TC-MIB for its high-capacity performance counter types shared with other AOS history MIBs.
