Description: Manages ZTE ZXR10 Route Table Manager for unified routing table maintenance across multiple protocol instances.
Start monitoring vendor-neutral, standards-based MIB, any SNMPv3-capable network device (SNMP engine identity/boot/clock status) with a free 30-day trial of IPNetwork Monitor. Import MIBs, browse SNMP OIDs, create custom SNMP monitors, configure alerts, and monitor any SNMP-enabled network device from a single console.
What Is ZXR10-RTM-MIB?
ZXR10-RTM-MIB is a ZTE proprietary support module for the ZXR10 series routers and switches, defining textual conventions used by the Route Table Manager (RTM) subsystem that maintains the unified routing table shared across multiple protocol instances (static, OSPF, BGP, ISIS, etc.). Rather than exposing its own monitorable object tree, it supplies shared data types, such as route source and route status identifiers, that other ZXR10 routing MIBs import to describe route entries consistently. As a textual-conventions-only module it does not itself expose interface, environmental, or performance counters, but it underpins the consistency of route status reporting used elsewhere for tracking routing table health. It depends on and is imported by other ZTE ZXR10 routing MIBs (e.g., VRF and per-protocol routing modules) that reference its conventions, and on standard SNMPv2-SMI/SNMPv2-TC definitions. It is deployed internally within ZTE ZXR10 carrier/enterprise routing platforms as a foundation for route-table-related MIB development rather than as a directly polled monitoring module. Network engineers evaluating or troubleshooting this functionality can download the ZXR10-RTM-MIB file directly to load it into their MIB browser.
IPNetwork Monitor allows you to monitor SNMP objects defined in ZXR10-RTM-MIB. Use the built-in SNMP Monitoring Browser to explore available variables, view their current values and descriptions, and select the objects you want to monitor. You can then create SNMP monitors, configure thresholds, and receive alerts when monitored values change.

Monitoring Examples
As a textual-conventions module, ZXR10-RTM-MIB defines no runtime data objects of its own to poll; sample_objects for this module is empty because it contains no tables or scalars. Its conventions (e.g. route type and route status enumerations) are instead referenced by other ZXR10 MIBs' route tables, so an admin would monitor routing table health indirectly through those consuming MIBs rather than through ZXR10-RTM-MIB directly.
