What Is ZXR10-LACP?

The ZXR10-LACP MIB is a ZTE private module for ZXR10 routers and switches that models IEEE 802.3ad Link Aggregation Control Protocol configuration, letting multiple physical ports be bundled into one logical channel. It exposes configuration data such as aggregation group membership, port priority, and bundling parameters rather than deep performance counters. Its main monitoring value is confirming the software status of link aggregation groups, i.e. whether member ports are correctly configured and participating in the bundle, which is important for detecting a port that has silently dropped out of an aggregate and degraded available bandwidth or redundancy. It naturally depends on standard interface objects from IF-MIB since aggregate and member ports are indexed as interfaces, and it complements IEEE8023-LAG-MIB-style semantics with ZTE-specific extensions. It is deployed on ZXR10 switches and routers wherever multiple links are trunked together for higher bandwidth or resiliency in campus or data-center networks, where ZXR10-LACP SNMP monitoring helps confirm every bundled port stays active in the aggregation group.

IPNetwork Monitor allows you to monitor SNMP objects defined in ZXR10-LACP. Use the built-in SNMP Monitoring Browser to explore available variables, view their current values and descriptions, and select the objects you want to monitor. You can then create SNMP monitors, configure thresholds, and receive alerts when monitored values change.

Supported Devices

  • ZTE ZXR10 series routers/switches

Monitoring Examples

No sample runtime objects were provided for this MIB, so specific object names cannot be cited; conceptually, an administrator would poll the LACP aggregation group and member-port configuration to confirm all expected physical ports are still bundled into the logical channel. A port unexpectedly missing from the aggregation table would reveal a physical link failure or LACP negotiation problem reducing the channel's effective capacity.

What Can Be Monitored

  • LACP aggregation group membership
  • port priority configuration
  • bundled port status
