Description:
Control for behavior of a connection attempt to a destination where the port already has a connection. 'disabled' causes a new connection. 'enabled' causes the existing connection to become the active connection. Corresponds directly to PORT CONNECTRESUME and the presence of the label 'Connectresume' following the label 'Enabled Characteristics:' in the PORT CHARACTERISTICS display.
