What is tSapIngressMeterOperCBS?
Holds the operational Committed Burst Size (CBS) value in bytes, calculated from the administrator's configured CBS value. This value determines the maximum packet burst the meter allows before rate-limiting traffic on the service access point. An operator would check this when investigating why traffic is being dropped unexpectedly during traffic bursts.
