What is tSapEgressQueueOperCIR?
This object shows the actual committed information rate (CIR) in kilobits per second that a service access point egress queue is using. It is derived from configured CIR and peak information rate values with their adaptation rules applied. An operator checks this read-only value to verify what guaranteed bandwidth is really being delivered to the queue.
