Description: The value of vRtrPimNgIfNeighborLanDelay indicates the lan delay field present in the Hello message received from the neighbor. If the neighbor did not send this field, a default value of 500 ms is used and the value of vRtrPimNgIfNeighborLanDlayPrsnt is set to 'false'.
