Description: The value of vRtrPimNgAFGenMdtDataJoinTlvPck specifies if packing of MDT Join TLVs is enabled. If multiple Join TLVs are available at the time they are transmitted, the TLVs are packed into a single UDP PDU instead of sending each one in a separate UDP PDU.
