tmnxOamPmStsDelayDmmBinFwdCount

Module: TIMETRA-OAM-PM-MIB

OID (symbolic): TIMETRA-OAM-PM-MIB::tmnxOamPmStsDelayDmmBinFwdCount

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.6527.3.1.2.92.2.2.5.1.2

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: Unsigned32

Access: read-only

Description: The value of tmnxOamPmStsDelayDmmBinFwdCount indicates the number of measurements in the forward direction that fall within the configured range (in microseconds) of the specified bin.

For example, suppose the index values for this object are as follows (where the index names are abbreviated, and index columns are underlined with octothorpes).

_SessName _IntvlDuration _IntvlNum _BinType _BinNum ########## ################ ######### ######## ####### 'dmmSess1' 'mi15Minutes(2)' 1 'fd(1)' 9

Then, the value of this object indicates the number of DMM measurements (in microseconds) in the forward direction in the first interval of 'dmmSess1' that fit in the highest configured delay range (as configured using tmnxOamPmCfgBinLowerBound).

What is tmnxOamPmStsDelayDmmBinFwdCount?

Counts how many forward-direction DMM delay samples in this interval landed within the configured microsecond range of the specified histogram bin -- e.g. bin 9 (the highest configured range) for interval 1 of session 'dmmSess1' counts samples that fell into that top delay bucket. Lets an admin see the shape of the forward delay distribution (how many samples were slow vs. fast) rather than just a single min/max/avg number.
