What is tmnxOamPmNotifThrDelayBinType?
Carried in an OAM-PM delay threshold-crossing trap to indicate which MEF-35 bin type (fd, fdr, or ifdv) the crossing applies to; reports notApplicable(0) when the trap is actually a loss TCA rather than a delay one. Lets a trap receiver know which delay metric (frame delay, delay range, or jitter) triggered the alarm.
