What is tmnxOamPmCfgThrLossUndtAvlRaise?
Sets the count (-1 to disable, or 1-864000) of availability indicators evaluated as Available-by-extrapolation (i.e. inferred from the prior state rather than directly measured) at which SROS raises a loss TCA, following the same model as tmnxOamPmCfgThrLossChliRaise. Admins use this to catch cases where the device is having to guess availability state due to missed measurement samples, which itself can indicate a monitoring or path problem.
