Description: The value of tmnxOamPmCfgBinLowerBound specifies the lower bound (in microseconds) for the specified bin.

A lower bound can be changed if the administrative state (i.e. tmnxOamPmCfgBinGroupAdminStatus) for the parent bin group is disabled. Please see additional restrictions on setting lower bounds in the tmnxOamPmCfgBinEntry DESCRIPTION clause.

The default lower bound for bin number 1 is 5000 microseconds. The default lower bound for a subsequent bin number is computed using defLowerBound(n) = defLowerBound(n-1) + (5000 microseconds).

What is tmnxOamPmCfgBinLowerBound?

Sets the lower boundary, in microseconds (1 to 4294967295), of one bin within a bin group's histogram, only changeable while the parent bin group is administratively disabled. Defaults step by 5000us per bin (bin 1 = 5000us, bin 2 = 10000us, etc.), so an admin narrows the first few bins to get finer resolution for low-latency SLAs.
