What is tmnxOamPmCfgBinGroupFdrBinCount?
Specifies, at row-creation time, how many Frame Delay Range (FDR) histogram bins (2-10) the bin group will have; there's no default so a value must be supplied when the row is created. An admin sizes this to match how finely they want delay-range samples bucketed for reporting.
