Description: Each row entry represents an interface on this virtual router that participates in the MPLS protocol. A row cannot be created or deleted via SNMP SET requests. A row with default attribute values is created by setting the vRtrIfEntry attribute, vRtrIfMplsStatus, to 'create'. A row is removed if vRtrIfMplsStatus is set to 'delete'. However, an attempt to destroy a row will fail if vRtrMplsIfAdminState has not first been set to 'outOfService'.
