Selects how a MAC address is formatted when used as a RADIUS Proxy cache lookup key (only relevant when tmnxLudbRadproxCacheMatchType is 'mac'): styles include Alcatel-Lucent SROS ('aa:', e.g. 00:0c:f1:99:85:b8, the default), IEEE canonical ('XY-', e.g. 00-0C-F1-99-85-B8), or Cisco ('mmmm.', e.g. 0002.03aa.abff).
