vRtrIsisLdpSyncAdminState

Module: TIMETRA-ISIS-MIB

OID (symbolic): TIMETRA-ISIS-MIB::vRtrIsisLdpSyncAdminState

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.6527.3.1.2.10.1.1.1.43

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: TruthValue

Access: read-write

Description: The value of vRtrIsisLdpSyncAdminState specifies whether the IGP-LDP synchronization feature is enabled or disabled on all interfaces participating in the ISIS routing protocol.

When the value is set to 'false', IGP immediately advertises the actual value of the link cost for all interfaces which have the IGP-LDP synchronization enabled if the currently advertized cost is different. It will then disable IGP-LDP synchronization for all interfaces.

What is vRtrIsisLdpSyncAdminState?

Enables or disables IGP-LDP synchronization across all IS-IS interfaces on this router (default true); setting it false immediately makes IS-IS advertise each interface's real link cost (instead of a held-up max metric) and turns off LDP-sync everywhere at once.

Examples

Walk all instances (SNMPv2c):

snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.6527.3.1.2.10.1.1.1.43
snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> TIMETRA-ISIS-MIB::vRtrIsisLdpSyncAdminState

Get a specific instance (index 1):

snmpget -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.6527.3.1.2.10.1.1.1.43.1
snmpget -v2c -c public <target> TIMETRA-ISIS-MIB::vRtrIsisLdpSyncAdminState.1

Set instance 1 (SNMPv2c):

snmpset -v2c -c private <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.6527.3.1.2.10.1.1.1.43.1 s <value>

SNMPv3 example:

snmpget -v3 -l authPriv -u snmpv3-user -a SHA -A "AuthPassword1" -x AES -X "PrivPassword1" <target> vRtrIsisLdpSyncAdminState.1
