What is tmnxIkePolicyNatTBehindNatOnly?
When true (the default), restricts NAT-T keepalive packets to only being sent when this node has actually detected it is behind a NAT; when false, keepalives are sent unconditionally. Leaving it at the default avoids sending needless keepalive traffic on tunnels that turn out not to traverse a NAT.
