What is tmnxIPsecPolicyRowStatus?
Creates or deletes a row in the IPsec security policy table, each row (indexed by svcId and policy ID) acting as a container that one or more parameter sub-entries in tmnxIPsecPolicyParamsTable refine with actual address selectors. An operator deletes a policy only after no tunnel still references its ID via tmnxIPsecTunnelSecurityPolicyId.
