Description: An object that contains the value of sysUpTime at the time that the value of the rptrGroupOperStatus object for this group last changed.
A value of zero indicates that the group's operational status has not changed since the agent last restarted.
What is rptrGroupLastOperStatusChange?
The sysUpTime value when this group's rptrGroupOperStatus last changed, or zero if it hasn't changed since the agent restarted. Admins use it to line up a module failure event with other logs from the same time.
