An operator polls rbnIpPoolTable/rbnIpPoolEntry, keyed by rbnIpPoolInterfaceIdx, to read rbnIpPoolSize versus rbnIpPoolAvailable, rbnIpPoolInuse, and rbnIpPoolUnusable for each rbnIpPoolInterfaceName, watching for a pool approaching exhaustion. When rbnIpPoolAvailable falls below rbnIpPoolThreshold, the agent can be configured via rbnIpPoolSendTrap to fire a notification so operators can provision additional address space before new subscriber sessions are rejected. rbnIpPoolAddr and rbnIpPoolMask let the admin confirm the pool's actual CIDR range matches provisioning records.
