What is rcTblArAdded?

This object counts the total number of entries that have been dynamically learned and added to the Address Resolution (ARP) table since the device's last restart. It reflects how many ARP bindings have been discovered during normal network operation. Network operators monitor this counter to detect unusual ARP activity patterns that might indicate scanning attacks or network topology changes requiring investigation.
