What is rcSysExtCplimitPortsMonitored?

This object indicates whether the system has shut down any ports due to extended control-plane (CP) limits being exceeded. When set to 'true', it signals that the switch detected CP congestion and protected itself by disabling ports to prevent processor overload. An operator would check this to understand if and when the system has taken protective action to stabilize control-plane processing.
