What is rcStatSmltReqMacTblRxMsgCnt?
This OID counts how many MAC table request messages were received by the SMLT (Survivable Multi-Link Trunking) protocol. A rising counter indicates active SMLT communication between switches. A network operations team would monitor this to verify redundant link trunking is working and detecting any changes in cross-switch traffic.
