What is rcStatBgpTxOpCodeBadHold?

This counter tracks the number of BGP Open errors that have been transmitted from this device due to a Bad Hold Value in the peer's Open message. A bad hold value indicates that the peer sent an unacceptable hold time parameter that conflicts with local configuration. Network operators monitor this counter to identify BGP session establishment failures caused by hold time mismatches.
