The status of the port whether is routable.
What is rcPortOperRouting?
This boolean indicates whether the port is currently operational and routable for forwarding traffic. It tells you if the port can participate in IP routing. An operator would check this to ensure a port configured for routing is actually enabled and functioning before troubleshooting routing protocol issues.
