What is rcOspfv3IfDesignatedRouter?
This stores the Router ID of the currently elected Designated Router on an OSPFv3 link. It identifies which neighbor router is responsible for originating network advertisements. An operator investigating routing instability would check whether this DR keeps changing unexpectedly, indicating neighbor flapping.
