The total number of area border routers reach- able within this area. This is initially zero, and is calculated in each SPF Pass.
What is rcOspfv3AreaBdrRtrCount?
This OID counts how many border routers (routers that connect different network areas) are currently reachable within an OSPF routing area. It represents the connectivity of the network by showing how many critical routers are accessible. A network operator analyzing network topology would monitor this count to ensure all expected border routers are responding.
