Description: If this object is true, then it enables the generation of LDP Session Up or Down Traps, otherwise these traps are not emitted.
What is rcMplsLdpStatusNotificationEnable?
This object enables or disables the sending of SNMP trap notifications when LDP (Label Distribution Protocol) sessions change state (up or down). When disabled, state changes occur silently without alerting monitoring systems. An operator would enable this to receive real-time alerts about MPLS label exchange session failures, which indicate path availability problems in the network.
