What is rcIgmpStaticToGrpAddr?
This object defines the upper bound of a multicast group address range for a static IGMP group membership configured on an interface. It is used together with the group address to define a range of multicast groups that are statically joined. Network administrators use this to configure port-based multicast group memberships, allowing hosts on specific ports to receive multicast traffic without sending join requests.
