What is rcIgmpNewAccessRowStatus?
This OID controls whether a row in the IGMP multicast access table exists or should be deleted. It's a standard SNMP mechanism for adding or removing multicast group entries. A network admin would set this to enable or disable multicast group filtering on a specific interface.
