What is rcDiagPcapFilterToPbit?
This parameter specifies the ending priority bit (pBit) value to define the upper boundary of a priority range for packet capture filtering on diagnostic operations. When combined with the corresponding 'from' pBit value, it allows operators to selectively capture traffic of a specific QoS priority class. This selective filtering reduces capture volume and focuses diagnostics on relevant traffic.
