What is rcDiagPcapAdvancedFilterIsInverseTcpPort?
This OID is a boolean flag that reverses the TCP port filter logic so the diagnostic packet capture matches all traffic except the specified port range. Setting this to true makes the filter capture everything except a certain range of ports. A network technician would enable this when they want to capture all traffic except for specific ports (like excluding all HTTP traffic to focus on database queries).
