Description:
This object indicates the current number of MAC address learnt on the port.
What is rcBridgeFdbProtectCurrentMacCount?
This counter shows how many MAC addresses are currently learned or pinned on a port that has MAC address protection enabled. MAC address protection limits the number of dynamically learned addresses to prevent flooding attacks. An operator monitors this to verify that the port is not exceeding its MAC limit and triggering protection violations.
