Description:

This attribute indicates a unique port number. The same numbering as for prtGenPrtIdx. The valid port number depends on the IO slot no., the installed card type and the port type: outside, inside. * The outside ports will be the T1/E1 cards ports. The convention used will be (for DXC): - first two digits will be: (IO slot number+10) - last one/two digits will be the port number within the card, in odd numbers: port1 = 1 port2 = 3 port3 = 5 etc... Example: port2 of IO slot 11 will be: 213 .

What is prtT1E1SPrtIdx?

This OID holds a unique port number identifying a T1 or E1 telecommunications port on the device. The number encodes the physical slot location and port position—this helps operators locate the exact port. Technicians use it to correlate network alerts with specific physical ports for troubleshooting.
