What is prtInPh1MlDlciValid?
This OID indicates whether the connection parameters in a frame relay PVC (permanent virtual circuit) entry are valid and should be used. When set to invalid, the network connection defined in that entry is deactivated; when valid, it is active. An operator modifies this to enable or disable specific Frame Relay connections without deleting the configuration—for example, disabling a backup circuit during maintenance.
