What is prtFrTxMngFrames?
This counter tracks the number of Frame Relay management frames transmitted by a specific port during a measurement interval. Operators monitor this to observe control-plane activity and management protocol activity on Frame Relay interfaces. Changes in this value indicate active network management or topology discovery.
