Description:
A code identifying the alarm of an entry in the alarm status table at card level.
What is mdlSAlrCode?
This OID holds a numeric code that identifies a specific hardware alarm on a network card. When an alarm occurs at the card level, this code tells you what type of problem has been detected (power failure, temperature warning, etc.). A network operator would check this value when receiving an alert that a card has an issue, to quickly determine if it's a thermal problem or power issue.
