Nortel-Magellan-Passport-VnetMcdnSigMIB is a Nortel Magellan/MsCarrier Passport proprietary MIB controlling the addition and deletion of MCDN signaling channel (sigChanMcdn, voice-network signaling) components on the Passport wide-area switching platform's component-based management architecture, where every provisionable object is represented as a named, creatable/deletable "component". Its row-status table records each component's name, storage type, and index, alongside an L2/T23-layer detail table for each signaling channel component. As a configuration MIB it lets an administrator provision or remove MCDN signaling channel (sigChanMcdn, voice-network signaling) components and confirm their operational status.
