Description: Identifies the date that the device was installed. The format of the string is 'YYYYMMDDHHmmZ'. Where: YYYY is the year. MM is the month (1-12). DD is the day (1-31). HH is the hour of the day (0-23). mm are the minutes (0-59). 'Z' designates Greenwich Mean Time; if 'Z' not specified, value is local time. Device POS must specify the conditions for setting this object. Additional information: Setting the SERVICE-PASSWORD object will enable setting this object.
