Description: When 'lcUpsControlOutputOnDelay' reaches a value less than or equal to this object's value, an lcUpsOutputOnWarningTrap will be produced and this object will be reset to 0.
What is lcUpsControlOutputOnTrapDelay?
Once the pending lcUpsControlOutputOnDelay countdown reaches this value or below, the UPS fires an early-warning trap and resets this object back to 0.
