The critical alert bit is set if the device has critical alerts.
The off-line bit is set if the device is off-line.
The transitioning bit is set if the device is transitioning to an intended state.
Bin is full, printing won't continue: Unavailable and OnRequest (1) + Critical Alerts(16) Paper is moving, bin is not full: Available and Busy (6) Paper is not moving, bin is not full: Available and Idle (0)
