What Is G6-SYSTEM-MIB?

G6-SYSTEM-MIB is a MICROSENS proprietary MIB (extending MICROSENS-G6-MIB) managing scripted operations, firmware, and configuration-save history on MICROSENS Generation 6 Ethernet switches. Its objects cover a script-schedule table (index), a firmware table (index), and a save-info table (index) — each tracking scheduled or historical system-maintenance operations. As a configuration/status MIB it lets an administrator confirm which firmware/script operations are scheduled or have completed on a Generation 6 switch. It is deployed on MICROSENS Generation 6 Ethernet switches. Engineers can download the G6-SYSTEM-MIB file directly to load it into their MIB browser.

IPNetwork Monitor allows you to monitor SNMP objects defined in G6-SYSTEM-MIB. Use the built-in SNMP Monitoring Browser to explore available variables, view their current values and descriptions, and select the objects you want to monitor. You can then create SNMP monitors, configure thresholds, and receive alerts when monitored values change.
