What is rTrapAddrType?

This is a bitmask selecting which categories of events are reported to this trap destination: bit 0 authentication traps, bit 1 other SNMP traps, bit 2 error traps, bit 3 diagnostic traps, bit 4 debug traps, and bit 5 enterprise traps other than fmDiagGenericTrap. An admin sets specific bits here to route only the event categories a given management station cares about to that destination.

Examples

Walk all instances (SNMPv2c):

snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.22.3.1.1.1.4
snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> Fib-sys::rTrapAddrType

Get a specific instance (index 1):

snmpget -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.22.3.1.1.1.4.1
snmpget -v2c -c public <target> Fib-sys::rTrapAddrType.1

Set instance 1 (SNMPv2c):

snmpset -v2c -c private <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.22.3.1.1.1.4.1 s <value>
