What is pTrapAddrAddr?
This OID sets the IP address of a management station that should receive SNMP trap notifications, stored in the device's permanent (non-volatile) trap table so it survives a reboot. Admins use this, rather than the running-table equivalent, to configure a trap destination that should persist across power cycles.
Examples
Walk all instances (SNMPv2c):
snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.22.3.2.1.1.1 snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> EDB-snmp::pTrapAddrAddr
Get a specific instance (index 1):
snmpget -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.22.3.2.1.1.1.1 snmpget -v2c -c public <target> EDB-snmp::pTrapAddrAddr.1
Set instance 1 (SNMPv2c):
snmpset -v2c -c private <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.22.3.2.1.1.1.1 a <value>
