What is npIrStatus?
This read-only INTEGER reports the IR transceiver's current state: ok(0), busyCaptureWaitingButton(1), busyCaptureWaitingIr(2), busyPlayback(3), or error(255). An admin checks this before issuing an npIrPlayCmd to confirm the transceiver isn't already busy capturing or replaying another command.
