What is npRelHumSensorStatus?
This read-only INTEGER reports whether the relative-humidity sensor is working: ok(1) means it's reporting normally, while error(0) means it's failed or not connected. An admin checks this before trusting readings from npRelHumSensorValueH, since a disconnected sensor would otherwise just report a stale or zero value.
