What is npPwrStartReset?
Writing 1 to this value tells the NetPing device to power-cycle the attached equipment on that channel (e.g. reboot a frozen router by cutting its power). Reading it back tells you the current state: 0 means normal operation, 1 means the reset pulse is in progress, and 2 means the unit is in its post-reset pause before restoring power.
