Access: read-only

Description: Temperature status (0=fault, 1=underheat, 2=normal, 3=overheat)

What is npThermoTrapStatus?

This read-only INTEGER is the trap-payload copy of the sensor's status code — failed(0), low(1), norm(2), or high(3) — carried in an npThermoTrap notification. An admin reads this varbind to see immediately whether the trap represents an overheat, underheat, or sensor failure event. A trap carrying npThermoTrapStatus of high(3) tells the admin the alert was triggered by the sensor exceeding its upper margin.
