Import MIBs, browse SNMP OIDs, create custom SNMP monitors, configure alerts, and monitor any SNMP-enabled network device from a single console.

What Is DELL-SNMP-UPS-MIB?

DELL-SNMP-UPS-MIB is a Dell proprietary MIB (enterprise OID 674, based on the shared Eaton/MGE-derived UPS management framework) reporting status on Dell-branded UPS devices. Its objects cover product identification (display name, description, vendor, version, build number, URL, network name), a global status object with timestamp/timeout/refresh-rate settings and a trap-generation flag, physical identification (family name, serial number, converter type, reference number), and output power metrics — instant/peak headroom (with peak timestamp), peak/present/cumulative consumption (with timestamps). As a hardware-status MIB it lets an administrator watch a Dell UPS's global status and output power consumption trend. It is deployed on Dell-branded UPS devices. Engineers can download the DELL-SNMP-UPS-MIB file directly to load it into their MIB browser.

IPNetwork Monitor allows you to monitor SNMP objects defined in DELL-SNMP-UPS-MIB. Use the built-in SNMP Monitoring Browser to explore available variables, view their current values and descriptions, and select the objects you want to monitor. You can then create SNMP monitors, configure thresholds, and receive alerts when monitored values change.
